Teammates are supportive. Tata' Power Solar has excellent policies. Working hours is not fixed. All factors depends on the particular project conditions & project team management.

Dislikes

Management's commitment to Health, Safety & Environment is very less. A very good HSEMS is there but not followed as pressure from project management.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
