A lot, very poor management and a lot of blame game and corporate politics. Particularly my manager behaved like an illiterate. Will say is trying to help but at the end will sue whover is under him under mysterious circumstances.

The worst BPO in Kolkata. Nothing to like here.

Each n everything was disgusting over there. The employees, the management, their so called OB Ma'am, work culture everything was disgusting.They are running a circus, they are playing career game under the name of a company. They recruiting people like "We have a urgent requirement as our business is ramping up bla bla bla...." then suddenly after 1.5weeks they through you like a use and through pen just because you have shown your own way to work, your own knowledge about recruitment, new ideas to work, new ideas for growth. Their so called HR department and their HR AM JJ who don't know how to speak in English, how to recruit people, they are working like their servant. If you are not be a good servant of them you will be thrown out from the company on the very next day. It was happened to me and my team who got recruit on a urgent basis in Fusion on month of April after 1.5week they said we can not afford too much manpower in recruitment coz our business is not running good, while we asked for some certain notice period they said we can't give you that much of time coz we can't pay for those days.Also they have committed us that we will be getting our salary by end of the month(April) not on 1st of the next month but after taking 40 to 50 follow ups on 7th of the next month(May) got half of the salary. As per the commitment given by Saikat Banerjee, Amrita Banerjee and Anindyasri Chatterjee I was expecting my buyout amount which I paid my previous company to join this circus(Fusion BPO) but I didn't get that.Till now while I'm taking follow up from Saikat Banerjee he is saying awaiting from approval from Oindrila Banerjee. Is she not active in the system from last two months, from an active employee how much time it will take to give a approval..? Is it take more than two months to take approval..?They are thinking all are fool over the world they are the only samrtest in the World, so let me tell you one thing no you are wrong.You all are puppet of the circus with zero brain and the circus running by Oindrila Banerjee who is having a tipical thought about recruitment. Such a scam BPO over the Kolkata,Sec-V. One last thing by this month if I 'll not get my rest of the amount will take legal action against you. Have fun with your circus team....Read More
