Ahh, this is something I can talk about. Confused leadership right from local level till global. Multiple changes in organisation structure and that too every 6 months. Biased local leadership. Typical Indian mindset, micromanagement, favouritism, politics. Major leadership roles are hired through personal contacts.

Institutional culture, more focus on internal events and competition. Work like Engineering service provider. No clarity to management about work/ projects and product road map.

Never join channel business department. Their leaders have no vision, no talks about growth in the company. You are asked to to anything regardless your experience & designation. The channel director has no vision of the business what needs to be done but he will on all around the places without any result driven approach. Never join Channel Business department.

It’s completely depends on the team you get placed and the manager you get. If your manager is good then you enjoy all the perks, if not your time at TE will be hard. Please make genuine study on the reporting structure before joining.
