Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I had passed through all the rounds and even the documents were collected and then there was absolute silence for close to 1.5months. After this I was informed that the position is on hold. They ought not to conduct interviews if there is ambiguity in this position itself.
Advice: There seems to be some problem with this company or business unit. I would rather keep interviews or even the offer letters secondary, as they do not seem to be reliable. Imagine if this would have happened after couple of months of receiving the offer, it would have been very bad.
