Middle Managers having huge work pressure, More than 5 hrs have to spend in meetings only then have to work late in the evening or on holidays to cover up the pending work, timing not following for work and meeting. No proper knowledge transfer,handover from previous to new employee, always having a gap after resigns for new recruitment, No proper SAP, Excel physical documents trainings, No SOP sharing, lot of struggle for new employees, no support for individual growth only focused on one or two persons appreciate. Offrole employees not counting for sales meet even though they equally takes efforts, Department wise budget not given by HR for monthly or quarterly all India meeting where people expect to spend time for various ideas, discussion....Read More

The job is quite interesting! I struggles a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Good work environment and culture. Environment, helth and sefty is important on this work session. Work process is exllent and follow the standard instructions in work station. Company policies are exllent.

Dislikes

No politics, No management issues. Salary is time to time but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. Then tallented person are work in contract base. We will create a great apportunity.
