Poor internal management. Unfriendly HRs, especially "A. Singhania".....complete politics in the office. Real issues will be suppressed by AM or Manager, the mistake is proven to be the organisation's end. Proceed at your own risk. If you work well here, they will make you work more, and it would be your responsibility to take a note of how much you have worked other than your login hours. Completely irresponsible management. My phone was stolen in this office during the third month...everyone including HR and manager suppressed my voice with all the lies and no action has been taken further. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
