I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me

IF you are Planning to do MBA do it from a Good College
Say IIT IIM and some good Private Colleges
Dont Do MBA from a Tear 3 College
Don't start your carrier as sales Trust me Dont accept the offer which provides sales

Good companies are hard to find, they're like needle in a haystack. Don't leave it unnecessarily by comparing with others, mental peace is more valuable than money.

If money is not huge issue for you like you are not only bread winner in house your ctc is enough for your own expenses minus the house related stuff. Comparison is thief of joy. Don't let it take away your gem and enjoy your current workplace. Now if money is an issue and you have loans and stuff then you can look for switching.

[heartysoda](username) This is definitely good advice. Although i feel like you can have a healthy comparison too. Not all comparisons are bad. Sometimes they let you know where you stand and could be a wake up call to skill up or renegotiate. Healthy comparison is the reason i got a 34LPA fixed job even tho i was already earning 19LPA (3.5 yoe).

Stay at current role, you can do MBA along with your job.
And your salary is not bad for 2 years of experience, don't compare your salary with others.

Yaar dekho, An MBA can definitely boost your salary, but it’s also a huge commitment.
If your current job is amazing, why not stay and work on personal projects or certifications that align with higher-paying roles in the meantime?
