Likes

The team leaders at the company are the best thing. They support you no matter what and are a family. Be it good times or bad times we are always cheered by our team leaders.

Salary - Excellent
Skill development - Good
Job security - Good
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

The management is on the harsh end. I feel they need to be more polite and helping. I quit my work recently and at the end i wasnt paid my bonuses and the amount payable for my accumulated leaves.

Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

Work is very hectic. 7 hours 40 minutes of net log in other than that it is a half day. Call pressure through out the day.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
