Am I getting paid less

I been at my company for 6 months I am working everyday..but I feel like I am achieving literally nothing,I feel empty and frustrated working here. I don't think my company knows what's there vision is, the management doesn't work properly it's gonna be almost 10 months to the company and they still can't figure out the basic every month they try something new recently they changed our contracts for example..ik start ups are like this but this is too much

Hello this is Mrutyunjoy Sinha 26 (M) working in a customer care company from last 2 and a half year. But the problem is there is no salary hike and no promotions no matter how much hard work you do. So i am frustrated and tired of this job. Please anyone suggest me that how do I switch my career. I am a non IT student but I am looking for IT sector company.

I have 4 years of experience working as a Data Scientist. Now i have two offers to make a decision on Offer1 :Startup : Aidash (Climate Tech)Pay : 55 LPA + ESOPsOffer2 :Walmart (Personalisation Team)Pay : 54 LPA + RSUsWhat decision needs to be made, some insights would be really helpful.

I have the following offers:1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpaI am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
