It's good to gain initial experience.

Dislikes

Management uses profanity on the floor to the employees be it supervisor or associate. They pressurized employee to do overtime without any extra payment. They don't show mercy to the associates if they are unwell. One can never get promotion or will be selected through IJP cause only politics and favorism works here.

Everyone In The Company Are Very Helpful And Cooperative By Nature. Specially Our HR Department. Everyday You'll Learn Something New And Best Place For Freshers. People Work Their Like A Team And With Mutual Understandings Everyone Help Each Other, Care For Each Other.

Salaries Are Not Upto Mark. According To The Work Load Salaries Are Really Very Low. It's A Saying That Chinese Labour Are Cheap However Salaries In Startek Much Lower Than A Wage Of A Chinese Labour.

When I went to this interview, they said age should be above 28+. At least they didn't mention in job description. Interview was done in Hyderabad Irum Manzil

The policies of the Startek was very much satisfactory, everytime I got salary on time, i never got a single issue for non-payment of salary. Pl's / CL's policies was very much fantastic.

Low salary package for agents and , promotions on the basis of favouritism.

No job security or Appraisal or Salary hike or bonus nothing on special days like Pongal,Deepavali or Christmas etc not even a single rupee for special days .in other companies they are giving sweets box for Deepavali or some bonus..here nothing...

I would like to being urge to not to join. There is no equality nor will get the dignity. Which is important to us as an employee. No leaves if you could take leaves they will check your entire performance if some where lacking. They will send you. Manager TL as well as HR in the support of big designate. Will give priority to TL word because we are at inferior. 🤐🤐🤐🥲 No PL LP they will give

There is no salary increment no promotion if you get promoted there will be no hike in salaries shift timings are worst and everyday they are making changes in process which makes working really frustrating
