I like about startek that his office environment beti eco friendly and all workers very well understood about his responsibilities

Salary should more for customer care executive and also after promotion to IJP

Interview is very easy.

...ees are very toxic. They are treating like mass production Roberts to juniors. Forcing to do over duty and for extend login hours with out pay including off days.

...re are no likes about the company.No benefits and no value for the employees....deduction in salary in one or the other reasons .No work ethics ,no proper value for good workers .

Initially they offered permanent work from home but suddenly they asked everyone to come to office

Startek doesn't want talented people they just want peop with basic primary school knowledge and the salary package is the worse part. Also no assurity for work, you will be thrown out anytime without prior notice. They treat all the employees like their servant

Salary comes on time.

Dislikes

Easy hiring at time of their need. Easy firing if the one is not able to do buttering and work is increasing as per their wish. No overtime and no appreciation even for good work if not able to butter supervisors.
