First thing i like about aegis is whatever amount you will be getting you will get that on time, no delay in salary and second is working environment is also good.

Dislikes

Everything expect for on time salary. Politics, no career growth unless u have some internal sources, pay scale is very low, poor management and hr/ company policies, no appraisals at all , you will be pressurize to work more also even if there is no work at all. Strick 8 hrs work .

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow

I like about startek that his office environment beti eco friendly and all workers very well understood about his responsibilities

Salary should more for customer care executive and also after promotion to IJP

...ees are very toxic. They are treating like mass production Roberts to juniors. Forcing to do over duty and for extend login hours with out pay including off days.

...re are no likes about the company.No benefits and no value for the employees....deduction in salary in one or the other reasons .No work ethics ,no proper value for good workers .
