I would like to being urge to not to join. There is no equality nor will get the dignity. Which is important to us as an employee. No leaves if you could take leaves they will check your entire performance if some where lacking. They will send you. Manager TL as well as HR in the support of big designate. It is a worst company where employee will not the yearly hike , for getting promotion employees needs to roam behind there managers. Assistant manager are taking advantage of employee , recently one the assistant manager has seized one of the employee mobile phone because he took the mobile phone to the floor for emergency work and the assistant manager has seized the employee mobile phone he has not returned back the mobile phone to the employee and that employee has suffered a lot because he was not having any thing to connect his parents. His parents were so tensed because they were not able to connect with their son and at last that employee has taken one of the unknown person's phn and connected with parents through Facebook. So I don't think, this company is value to work because if these type of managers will be there neither company will grow nor employees and employees will be suffered because of these cheap managers who do not know how to behave with employees properly and they think they are only the owner of the company. The employees of the voice process were amazing even though the management was pathetic!

Dislikes

The non voice process was the worst place to work! Employees were all mostly uneducated and not qualified for the job and were mostly localities, getting along with them is a hideous task.

I've been associated with company for 5 years. In my five years with the organization all that i could do was too just be quite & see other's growing by the culture off Bucketism forgive for my language but that's the truth. I've always been at the top off my work in terms off training despite that i was always targeted either by the operations team & lastly by own AM and was cornered in such a way where i was forced to put my papers and leave. For a company too give five years travelling to another state & training people this what is way they treat their employee's & having being said I've also performed good in other training programs such as Trainer's Spectrum & Blast Training.
