The company is much better than other customer support services. They provide a better salary in the right time without any delay. The management is also very supportive their. They also provide compliments as our performance.

The time shift is the only thing I was not satisfied with.

They provided good training, but the problem was less salary at least if the company increase some salary for experience of that company person after one year no one will think to quit the job, it was nice company, environment is also good, I wish if I ll get the chance to join for same process it I'll awesome. Company help me much to increase my knowledge thank you aegis.

There is no salary increment no promotion if you get promoted there will be no hike in salaries shift timings are worst and everyday they are making changes in process which makes working really frustrating

TL due to non support i was facing salary issue i also told my TL but she told me only my system issue i had 40+ leave in my account but after that my salary deducted. Few months ago I was facing same issues. But didn't get any resolution. No salary increment last 3 years My TL didn't me why I am leaving job. But still I am feeling proud work with aegis. I here i learned lot's of think
