...t organisation to start as a fresher, concentrix is a employee oriented company. Package is reasonable.over all it's a best place to work. Any issue that is not considered by mangers or operations can be directly escalate to central team

The company adopts latest technology and constantly stay updated. The teammates are good and supportive here. I love the fact that company has a global client base, especially to US and have seen my colleagues get to travel abroad. Another pros is that my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work happily here. I also like the company rehire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14 - 18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value a individual unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals. Also, there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

I have worked in cnx for 9.5 months. Company did not revoke my resignation because I raised voice against salary, smoking zone inside premises, complex company policy (unclear) and many more. Moreover my notice period was only for 15 days but I mailed for revoked 9 earlier to my resignation.

Company culture is very good.. And u will easy adjust in that place. This company is very good for new commer to start career .. U can really explore ur idea and talent here.

Disliked is that u will not satisfy with ur salary for what u have worked. And promotion are not such easy. U have face lots of think but still there will be no guarantee that u will promote to next grade....
