startek company was worst fraud company manipulate to the customers and employers so better to don't choose these company,company runs with politics through the employers.salary was shot,HR were never support and teamleder also ,so better to choose other.

Company is very good but (Worst experience with company staff )company is good at its place but what I think that staff of company like assistant manager , supervisor, OM and ,TL's are the bodies who make company and represents it but management of some processes are very bad .

In some process like Zomato one of them 90% management are unresponsive even not supportive while I woked in flipkart approx 5 month in startek whole management is very professional and responsive they support each other like family but some processes management are worst in startek the company should worked on it

Their is no job security for any employer If prosses is not required then they will throw out like nothing. They spoiled a employer career my suggestion is don't join startek

I was in need of an job as worked there as it was a need. The peer pressure of work got over my limits at the end of my tenure there however I still survived and completed 2 and half years as I needed this much time spented

There is toxic work culture in Startek also as we see in many firms. The performanc marks are as such and elevated as it is impossible to acivleve it on regular basis as this is an tactic of every company out there giving you opportunity to work.

There is no salary increment no promotion if you get promoted there will be no hike in salaries shift timings are worst and everyday they are making changes in process which makes working really frustrating
