I have worked in cnx for 9.5 months. Company did not revoke my resignation because I raised voice against salary, smoking zone inside premises, complex company policy (unclear) and many more. Moreover my notice period was only for 15 days but I mailed for revoked 9 earlier to my resignation.
Concentrix was the first company I worked for. I appreciated their hiring process, although I wasn't certain I would be selected during the interview. In previous interviews, I had been honest and spoken the same words but was rejected. I appreciated that Concentrix was authentic. The work culture was also good, I enjoyed working in Concentrix.
