Job Title: Cloud Process JD Expert (G Suite, Cloud Identity, GCP)

Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Cloud Process JD Expert to join our team. As a Cloud Process JD Expert, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the configuration and setup of their Cloud-based systems, including G Suite (Google Workspace), Cloud Identity, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance and guidance on cloud-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in configuring Google Workspace plans and features, including Google Workspace Plans and features of each plan
• Implement Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, including configuration on phones and basic/advanced MDM differences
• Configure Cloud Identity Premium (CIP) on systems and phones, including basic/premium CIP differences
• Update MX records, TXT records, and SPF records for customers
• Utilize Google Admin Console to create and manage users, delete users, and navigate all tabs available on Admin Console
• Create Organizational Units (OU) and manage secondary domains
• Configure spam policies on Admin Console
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to Cloud-based systems

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Cloud-based systems, including G Suite, Cloud Identity, and GCP
• Strong understanding of Cloud Identity Premium (CIP) and basic/premium CIP differences
• Ability to configure Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions on phones
• Familiarity with DNS, MX records, TXT records, and SPF records
• Experience with Google Admin Console, including creating and managing users, deleting users, and navigating all tabs available on Admin Console
• Ability to create Organizational Units (OU) and manage secondary domains
• Familiarity with Cloud-based security features, including spam policies on Admin Console
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and customers
• Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with cloud-based systems
• Self-study is essential, as certification to courses will be available, but experience and confidence in guiding customers is essential.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with GCP, including creating users and deleting users
• Familiarity with DNS and MX records
• Knowledge of Cloud-based security features and spam policies
