Data Ops Intern

Role and Responsibilities:

• Data Management and Documentation: Operate on databases using multiple tools, updating, maintaining, and reviewing records.
• Process Coordination: Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and coordination. Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings and events.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in quality checks to ensure operational processes meet established standards. Report and address any discrepancies or issues.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals. Foster a positive and supportive team environment.
• Adaptability: Adapt to changes in processes, procedures, and priorities. Demonstrate a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Candidates should be in the final year of their Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• This is an onsite role, requiring the selected candidate to work from the office.
• Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel & G-Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Excellent communication (Verbal & Written) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
• Strong Quantitative Skills
