We are hiring for Manufacturing company - US Based MNC in Gurgaon location on the payroll of Mynd Solutions

Designation : Data Analyst - HR

Work Location- Gurugram ( Unitech Cyber Park, Sector-39, Gurugram )

Shift 8.00 AM to 4:30 PM

Tenure : Upto 2 Years (Every 6 months contract gets renewed based on performance and requirement and can be converted to direct payroll of client depending on Requirement and performance ). There is no bond.

Work shift: Regular business hours, Monday to Friday (8.00 AM 4.30 PM)

Job Description:

• Perform detailed data analysis and validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Extract and create meaningful metrics to support business decisions
• Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Working closely with business and HR leaders and ensure departmental budgets are kept in control

Desired Skills

• Good work ethics/integrity and team player
• Proficiency in MS Office, should have MS Advance Excel skills
• Hands on Experience for managing HR dashboard/HR analytic reports
• Strong problem solving, attention to detail, quantitative and analytical abilities
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
