G Suite Admin

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and deactivate user accounts in Google Workspace
• Assign roles and permissions based on business requirements.
• Assist users with login issues, email problems, and application error
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Google Meet, Calendar, Drive, and other

Workspace application

• Support email migration, data transfer, and backup processes.
• Ensure security and compliance by managing access controls and security setting
• Collaborate with IT teams to optimize Google Workspace functional
• Provide user training and support on Google Workspace tools.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration
• Understanding of email systems, cloud storage, and collaboration tool
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skill
• Familiarity with IT support, system administration, and security best practi
• Ability to communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical users

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Google Workspace administration
• 2-3 years of experience in IT support or system administration
