- Graduate in any stream (Preferably in Commerce/Finance).

- Preferred 1+ year of BPO Experience in Banking/Insurance Vertical

- Good Analytical and Interpretation Skills

- English Comprehension skills

- Should possess Good Communication skills, both in terms to interpret & converse.

- Should have keen eye for details

- Must have exposure to MS Office (word, excel etc)

- Should be flexible to extend and work in overtime.

Candidate will above skill set alone eligible for interview.

➢ Collects Sample and perform Quality check

➢ Responsible for identifying errors and to provide appropriate feed back to the concern CSR

➢ Provide effective feedback based on various reports to the agents

➢ Attend calibration and maintain quality standard
