Everything this perfect. Team mates are very supportive. Top management is always. Ready to help. I don't have more words because if Top Management and team Mates are supportive then there will be no flaw. And same is here in this company.

Sometimes few persons Joined the company even with the big jacks and references . Instead of understanding the problem , resolving the process related problems they just playing the blame game so that they can be in Good books of top management.

Everything is perfect but few persons who are on the Higher level and joined newly just don't want to understand the issue playing politics with the employees.
