Dislikes

Sometimes few persons Joined the company even with the big jacks and references . Instead of understanding the problem , resolving the process related problems they just playing the blame game so that they can be in Good books of top management.

Everything is perfect but few persons who are on the Higher level and joined newly just don't want to understand the issue playing politics with the employees.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
