Management HR policies Clients have personal relationships with associates which makes the work environment very dirty. Specially the "PayNearBy" project. They will give you 100 leads and ask you to convert 500 sales. If you don't do .. it could be a warning letter for you then and there. No chances for people to get promoted because clients decides who will go to the next level there is no IJP conducted.
