No learning and growth opportunities. HR department has nothing to do this company. Handling of people after they leave is poor. Getting relieving letter is very difficult even after serving notice period, in case they fire you then you will get it immediately.

The only thing good about this company was my colleagues. The company provides zero support during covid 19 and forcing employees to come to office to work when strict social distancing is to be maintained. They have not paid 2months salary and have kept employees stranded.

The management is the worst in this company, They don't treat employees well and their only priority is to have their work done even under circumstances of an employee suffering with an illness, if an employee has covid 19 they will still make the individual work, Health of employees is companies least priority. Again the managementis very disorganised starting with the HR to the managers to the operations.(Mostly uneducated people) They don't have proper work ethic and seem to have very poor communication. Mostly managers would call you using slangs. I had raised an issue to the HR regarding this but they seem to care less. Salary in this company for the amount of workload they will give you is terribly less. Its not enough money for today's generation to survive since the cost of living is going up now. Plus they make you work for full 7 days a week without an off. If you do decide to take an off you are often threatened by the management about them terminating you for office. Pathetic experience, I used to work 12-14hrs a day with work count not humanly possible to finish within 8-9hrs. Too much work politics and they expect work to finish with 100% accuracy.
