They don't provide FNF at right time. The company doesn't stick to its words and will forcefully make you to take transfer other branches even if you aren't comfortable and if you don't they will mame you give resignation. The workers even don't get a decent salary and the behaviour of higher management is too bad they don't keep their words and behave too worse. I don't recommend anyone working in this company ever. The worst BPO company of my life. They don't give any importance to talent but they take persons who aren't fit for positions. Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
