Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Don't ever try to apply for this company,they just call for the interview and waste whole day and they won't give a proper response after the last round of an interview. Though you get selected they delay in process. They just don't want employees but still to show a stats to govt they call for an interview and make the formalities and later after waiting the result will be you are not selected. It's better not to go for an interview, it is just waste of time.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - If you are ready to work in any shift timing every day only then you decide to join IGT
Every day is a rotational ..and week off is there but if your TL says that you have to come on week off then you have to go ...
No calender off... Also
Paid leave will pe.only applicable when you have informed atleast 10 days or a week ago ..
Let suppose you are selected in E-mail process then also you have to call atleast 20 people per day u have to resolve cases atleast 60 in normal and 45-50 in Training days ..any time you line of buisness will change like you are selected for email but u have send to attend Inbound call atleast 100-150 call you have to recieve ..you have no option to say no to anything your TL will decide your future there ..anytime you have to do overtime ..in training also u have to do overtime without any payment of overtime .. think first you will get only 15k
