my teammates and other few were very freindly.. incentives and other pays are good, if money is what you are looking for , its the right place, but policies often change so does the incentives,,..

Job security, pay varies, when comes to basic pay, the worst in the industry,. they pay the lowest because incentives but all dont get the same opportunity to earn incentives, transport and canteen facilities are terrible.. if career is your priority, then dont ever go there, if you are smart and if you only want money, then thats the place !! if you are quitting, HR team will never bother to retain because everyday they keep hiring!! one way transport and thr transportation deduction on salary are high!!...Read More

Unless you get into sky process, please don't opt unless you're a fresher. Firstly the pay is less than market value and they will keep changing your process as per their requirements. While the changes they do not consider any incentives amount and pay you less than the previous process! Too much politics in a few processes, how hard you work doesn't make any difference.

Everything is good other then the clients they work with , some are just very hectic and useless clients that they not all respect their employees, lots of work pressure.

Over the 1 year above I worked in first source solution where management supported me so.my team leaders have good leadership skills and also they motivated for team ,I gained more and more skills and knowledge from this organization it's good embiance to start career.
