Likes: There is nothing to be liked in LTIMindtree, It is a toxic place to work in. We are getting regular emails from HR stating that it is mandatory to fill this survey due to which I am filling this form. Folks if you want to spoil your life you can definitely join here Dislikes: 1. Promotion: The promotions are not provided even after 3 years for a fresher who has performed and got good ratings in appraisal cycle.

Dislikes: But the Maharashtrian people are teaming up at another level , they don't let non Maharashtrians service and show their talent. They are so rude and mean to Non Maharashtrians. Company should take action and don't allow majority of maharashtrians in the same team.

Likes: The trainers are highly skilled and very patient with each doubts. Although that would not help you because you'll not even get time to sleep or eat. Dislikes: The company's curriculum is so stupid that they take 12 hours class per day and after that give loads of assignments to complete within that day ,so total time infront of laptop would be 14-15 hours per day excluding lunch break. Cognizant offered around 42% hike on fixed component and gave 32LPA (30.5 fixed + 1.5 variable)
Got selected for HCL Tech (Henkel client) and LTIMindtree and expecting offers/HR discussion soon. Question is how much "Fixed component" should I ask them?
