the experience with this company is disheartening. They they have absolutely no work life balance or team management skills (team lead or managers). They don’t even know how to handle employees, manage shrinkage, making teams they also don’t even know what is team building activity they should learn about these things, the office politics toxic work environment created by the team leads and managers, also some senior employees. They trained you well for doing their job. Senior colleagues are helpful to you. Salary is credited in exact date of every month & so that salary slip also. Work environment is average.

In Fusion BPO, there are so many process. I've worked for one process & now I'm writing about this process. I've worked for 2 years and 10 months. But in this 2 years a single penny is not increased in salary. There is no increment. In case of promotion they will promote as per their priority. Some TL's are good there, but some aremore than worst. Some TL's behaviour is not good. They didn't want to take you leave as per your need. Now coming to the office timing. Office timing was 10-7pm. They wanted you to be in the office at sharp 10 am. But in case of logout they will not let you logout in sharp 7pm, they dragged the time to 8-8.30 pm. Working on the Fusion was my best decision which I had taken in my life. At the time of imterview I was quite nervous as used to be.
