There is no growth opportunity, the saddest part is unless your designation is not changed your salary will be the same basically you will be getting a salary of a fresher even having experience. Employees are not treated good.

In bpo tech Mahindra some trainers, team leader, esimee support are good in nature. Hr is supportive

Overall environment of bpo is worst.. workload is damn high on some people's. Office timings are not good at all.. lunch timings are not stable. Environment is not so professional. Holidays are not fixed
