Nice work Experience and all colleagues are well and nice behaviour
Team mates are supportive Salary is always in time gaming arcade fir chilling
Dislikes
Lots of politics between people so much of favouritism on the floor career growth is also very slow

Not with me as I am among oldest employees in that particular process but new one face issues like target and shift adherence email team face issues it's an bleended process as per process requirements , note i am talking about particular process not about while techm as every process there AM and other supporting staff handling different few process agents are shorted.

Initially it was pressures as of now it's settled , just like other BPO but good things supporting staff understand the value of good employees
Work days: Monday to Saturday
