Management (not operations) is very personal towards support management. They try to do good.

Dislikes

Company runs as if management lacks experience and have been in one company for anlong time. Still working very old school try to take the max and give little. Attrition is very high but they dont do anything. They keep asking us to retain but also make employees work like slave. They terminate everyone who is mot doing good job randomly ..but what about the project head who is failing year on year with the attrition. Everyone comes to office but our project manager does not come. Even HR is with us in office and manager sits at home and doesnt even know the employees name. Holidays are a scam. There is no double pay or comp off for mandatory holidays. HR will say it is added to leave balance but we need to beg for every leave while it is our right. Building is very old, unclean carpets. Bathrooms look dirtier and older than a public bathroom. They provide free food which is appreciated however its the same menu every week. No options if we want to get our own food. They have two little shops who sell snacks(noy so good) unlike other companies with cafeteria with subsidised rate. Company' tools are not working for 4 months now with no emails access. Employees are working like.in 2000s. Because of the tool outage, we are not recieving out variable pay(only a fixed one is paid). Why should i work extra hard when my pay is only this much. For promotion they give 1500 rupee hike per month. We have senior managers working for long time and behave as if they own the company and very ruthless. Our admin team is never there. For anything that we ask, they ask us to go to the HR. If HR is answerable then why have a admin in place. Most Admin people in night shift dont even know english properly so u cannot talk if there is a emergency. Cameras dont work every few months. They dont even inform us about it. I can go on and on. Its a good company if u want a job to provide for family. That i will never take away. But might not be peaceful or you cannot expect it to look or be good unlike many other companies. I would not recommend working at this company if you’re looking for stability. There is absolutely no job security—they will terminate you anytime without a valid reason, no matter how well you perform. Once they’re done with the work, you’re disposable. The shift timings are horrible, making it difficult to maintain a work-life balance. There is no proper management, and employees are treated as temporary resources rather than valued team members. Shift timings are bad not enough night shift allowance or any other incentives. Favouritism. If the process is easy they make ways to make it difficult even though its not required. Co workers are snakes. Always on verge to terminate employees no job security.

They can fire you anytime, if by any chance you leave the company because of health issues or personal issues without serving the notice period, they will never issue relieving letter or experience letter and they will also keep the deposit. The only good thing about company is you will get your salary on time.

Despite the challenges, I’ve made a few lovely friends at IntouchCX who brighten my work experience.

Dislikes

At IntouchCX, I’ve noticed some problems that affect our work experience. The canteen in tower 2 is not clean, which makes me worry about food safety. Also, there are issues with office politics and favoritism, making it hard to get along as a team. On top of that, the company cab comes two hours earlier than needed, which can be inconvenient. It was a good experience with people and some good activities and I enjoyed there a lot.

Dislikes

the leaves approvals was very bad and they are just blackmailing employees about leaves they won't approve leaves and the salary was very low as a fresher I don't know about experienced one. There was no responsibility on the behaviour of higher authorities and there is no much coordination.

Good support from the Managers (Training Department). Transport/Travel Allowance Good colleagues.

Dislikes

Limited opportunities for vertical growth. Yearly increment are average.

The Dislikes I Would Say The Working From Office Because The Office Is Really Far From My Place So Hopefully The Give Cabs From Routematic But Still It’s A Headache To Go Up And Down From My Place.
