According to the nature of duties and job profile, compensation was not sufficient to work whole month with free mind. I enjoyed my job profile and i learned lot of things. A good process and to interact with different type customers was a memorable movement of my life.

Teammates are very good, training is good, job is not secure, no growth, no salary increment after a long time, environment is good enough. You cannot stay here for life long.

Very late growth and very less salary package.

Job security is depends on your higher management, salary/ appraisal is very low , as per policy working time is 9 hrs but actually there is no limit for work .
