Everything was going very well up until for few months We had some really very good mentors Everyone is supportive except few of them Hygiene was very much maintained Security guards are friendly

Dislikes

It's really very hard to cordinate with other departments like human resource or admin The mental pressure and the insecurity of job You never know when they will find a way to kick you out The payout is very less according to the circumstances

Am I getting paid less

I joined the company on Jan’23 as an associate with 3.8 LPA. Later I got promoted as QA on sept’23 and After 1 year I got it in papers on sept’24. Now my pay is 4.5 LPA and my fellow colleagues who joined from different companies are getting 9-14 LPA. What should I do?
