I recently had a very horrific experience with Firstsource. I had given my interview through Naukri.com. I even got the offer letter after being selected for NBS process. After that, HR Prajakta Sawant kept delaying my joining date in the name of pending verification from my previous company, which was all big LIES.
The HR Prajakta told me that batch is closed for NBS and I cant join due to pending verification and asked to join a different process called Comcast, for which she said me to give ANOTHER INTERVIEW. They were telling lies after lies. Fact was that HR Prajakta and Firstsource hadn't sent for any verification to my previous company. I got to know about the delay when I called on my own. They didn't even care to inform me about the delay. They kept me waiting for weeks even when I have their offer letter.
UNPROFESSIONALISM was at peak when I went to their office to ask them, the HR Prajakta Sawant with her senior HR, told me lies that I created a scene in their office. They were not even ready to listen to what I was asking and continuously shifting the blame on me and my previous company.
Despite my efforts to resolve this issue, they kept diverting the topic and refused to listen to the truth.
Be cautious when dealing with Firstsource, because they are very UNPROFESSIONAL and manipulating information to suit their purposes...Read More

conformation criteria should atleast 85% .

i have to go through patients charts n code in the medical language. it's little beat challenging but not impossible.
