Was initially very happy with the process and the work. Was able to balance my personal and work life. Got promoted within 18 months as a Team Leader.

Dislikes

I am no longer a part of the organisation and have left this year. Career growth is only till a Team Leader level. Post that its struggle or pre decided IJPs. Apart from that being a Team Leader stops you from voicing out things, You lose your right to voice out or to highlight unethical things. You cannot terminate people who are miscreants because your manager would say that his attrition rate will get hampered. Certain managers sit in front of you but only speak to you on the review day. Hardly any engagement with who you report to. If you highlight any unethical thing then you get transferred to a terrible process. Managers do not want to stop unethical behaviors since those process loopholes benefit them. Hence, No motivation, ever increasing stress and no less recognition. Three reasons for me to leave the organization. Even though I was one of the best Team Leads on the floor but such things make you go out of sight and impacts your performance also. Hence, My actual reason I quit. Would like to see these things improving for my fellow ex colleagues in the organisation who are also not happy....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
