grammatical mistakes, you would just do fine, or just be yourself, I have seen people who have zero knowledge and who cannot speak English properly getting selected.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This interview will take ur whole day. They will test ur patience by making u wait. In October, i went there for caption call( International process). In this process, they asked me to repeat some audios and the pass mark is 78 out of 100. I dint cleared CC, got only 74 marks. I was allowed to come after 10 days, if interested. In the next month ie November, i went again with the help of simple things consultancy. There were four rounds. At first round, the hr asked me about myself and why i want to work at TP. Then, i took versant test. In this round they test my speaking and grammar skills( comprehension, emails, precis, voice change, repeat the audio etc). I got only 54 out of 100 and i failed. Fortunately, they gave me another chance and i passed the test by scoring 64( pass mark is 58). Time management is important in this round. Next, they asked me to write about my last birthday party. In this test, they checked my tense. In the last round, they took video call and chat interview. I cleared and now m in the training for chat process.

If u want to work at TP, good English is mandatory. For voice, u sud speak fluent English and for chat, there sud not be grammatical error.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Keep your English fluent. But do not expect much from this job. The environment is toxic and politics is done with the ones who actually are performing well.
