Working at TP was an incredible experience the environment was dynamic and innovative thanks to Mr. Amit Katihar’s brilliant leadership. The perks were outstanding, free PS5 and VR gaming, pool, snooker free food, never had a organisation like this best Organisation ever.

Nothing at all, from training till the end. It was best.

nothing, work is easy but it is made difficult by doing nitpicking in your work if you take stand for yourself on logical points and as per policy. but yes salary comes on time on the last day of the month but if you get late then it is upto your manager if thinks then he may mark it as half day. it doesn’t happen generally anywhere. and they split your weekoffs and they sometimes give you difficult cases of others to you in which you may have escalations....Read More

Somehow the supervisor has no clue about the technical process at all, all the seniors manages treats agents as s**t. They don't care about the agents at all. Never come to Teleperformance unless that is the only option you have left.

You will get you salary on time and some people supportive and understand your problems but only some 3/10.

This is my personal opinion and I would like to say about that there is a psychological pressure from your seniors side to do your shift or job , If you are giving good score to your TL or their seniors then you will get your leaves or other benefits like extra time to go for break and half day and all the things, I do not like that why they decide for employee leaves on the basis of the scores they already get monthly leaves and they have rights to take it, and the other things is that I observed My last ACCM did not coach my DSAT's and CSAT's (Dissatisfaction survey and satisfaction survey) they jumped into me in BQ, It is called you will get a some time period in which you have to improve your score if you fail then you will get another chance to improve yourself then you will be terminated, Here is no job security and mind pressure also. Some people good there and some not. In our batch, 2-4 people did not resign, apart from this other batches also came and left. My question is why did they leave the job so quickly, what was the reason for them?...Read More
