The company cabs will will drop you 2 hours before the shifts, the cab drivers are rude and misbehaving and the transport team does nothing about it even if you complain .... the managers will try anything to get back at you, nobody is professional, even the employee care is a hoax, they will even hold your salary if they want and escallating on twitter or on email will not help either, they will even extend your notice period if they are facing iteration , every person in the company is unprofessional and rude and dumb .... if you want to make your life hell, then please join this company, especially plot no 398 or 396 ..... otherwise just stay away from them...Read More

Monterary compensation, cab facilities, everybody from the cab driver to the guards and the transport and admin team, the employee care team everyone is rude for no reason , they will treat you like thieves for no reason at all The working environment is toxic, the managers and supervisors are partial from day one, the WFM team arepartial and will treat you as if you are a butler ..... the people try to harasse female employees, the transport team hands out the phone numbers of female employees to cab drivers just because they dont know how to use the app, the cab drivers often drink and drive and they sometimes misbehave with the female and male employees, if you complain the employee care team does nothing at all, they will say that there has to be many complains about same person to take action on him and the transport team and admin team, especially the guy called jitesh, who will try to demeen you and will pin everything on you instead of taking action on the culprit If you want to reach to higher management, there is lobbying and you will reach nowhere .... nobody is there in the higher management where you can complain about them...Read More

* Non-AC cabs(argument by the company- either take a meal or take an AC cab) * No HR connections resulting in the worst culture and environment. * 0% involvement in encouraging the employees by the organisation.(Process does but not effective, seems to be a donation). * 0% improvisation of focus in future building. * Agents with 0 knowledge can become SUP with some benefits with the SUP where others have to struggle and do not get promoted if they try to blow the whistle and complain about unethical behaviour, they will carry a personal grudge and try to terminate you. * If you want to resign and say that you have a better opportunity, they will try to terminate/abscond you so that they can save their incentives. * People working in the company from the beginning know nothing and have a blunt ego with no respect for others. * No learning in the company, it's just self-exploitation over a period of time. * If you want to grow, just don't stick here if you are working/want to work here as the employees are non-ambitious. * Major issue: They don't have BGV and employees with fake documentation also work here smoothly.
