Worst policies. No job security 100% Bad work culture. In work and no respect to anyone Total working hours 9 in that 30+15+15 min break. If we are going to personal break in the middle of working hour's then we extend that time. No time to time breaks. If they give permission then only we need to go for break otherwise NO. IJP based on their interest.
