Nothing. I absolutely hated working there. The environment is so pathetic and management is really poor. The are always standing on our heads to get a call ended or to pitch a sale. They'll issue action pointers for the mistakes you've done and you'll get them anyways if someone from the management doesn't like you.

It's definitely a very good company.... You can earn money from premium process but yes sometimes management became annoying still there Is a job security and also stay at least until you became a grade 2

Management of my process... It's a international process but the management they hired from domestic and there behaviors ar like that mazdoor domestic process... It's very annoying... TP should select their management from international process, specially when they are hiring for premium process

Okay so it is good for a person who is a fresher as they hire freshers which is the only good thing about the organisation.

Your salary will be credited on time but always different amount even when you have worked for the same number of days in previous months also you won’t get the leaves when you want it. Job security is not there if you mistakenly does something wrong you will be kicked out of the organisation.
