Poor management Poor employee care They created policies but not implemented. Only for showing to others just clicking pics and just show off. They didn't understand employee emotions. If you are introuble they won't help you they want jst their work. Lifts are not working water not coming intaos washroom not cleaned due to if your work impact they won't listen.
