The trainer and the management staff are really good and supportive.
Dislikes
Basically nothing as such but just had some disadvantages of not having the cab facilities for males working there.
Middle Management always answered in a vaguely manner.

There is no job security and they can fire the employee anytime. They must allow some time period to the employee to leave the organization as they are asking to the serve the notice period after submission of the resignation.

As an agent we are having rights to take action agains tier 2,tier3 or anyone but there is a lot of politics that in every scenerio agent will be proven wrong at the end and only he/she have to face many things over here seniors are always right . You feel that much stressed that they don't need to so anything you will resign by yourself . They even asks for rotational shift but but almost all the time we have to do night shift can say full night shift no morning shift .. even you are sick or having any issue they are just focussed towards there shrinkage ....Read More
