Team support and encouraging supervisors. Work environment- Doesn't feel like a old school office culture and perfect company for work-life balance

I have joined teleperformance in 2021. It was a remote job and that's the only perk about this.
Dislikes
1) Bad company ethics
2) No as such salary hike
3) don't even provide incentives on time. (Almost take 6 months)
4) worst team lead
5) No work life balance

Work days: Alternate Saturday off

Your job is secured till you work as you are asked to, salary is the best in town for freshers, salary hike after years is worst. Managers needs to be reminded again and again if you need to have some work done.

Can work on their management system for sure and salary hike after year.

They dont accommodate you even for your emergencies, the starting three months are quite horrible. There is a lot of politics that goes around. Back office management is really poor.
