I did for 1 year overall experience is good. But full of politics, team leader support is good sometimes you feel torture . You need to do sale regular follow up, appraisal is very bad , you can learn new things skill development program also there .HR is so supportive to employees and work balance also ok

Fake promises are very good in this company. All give fake promises

All the managers and the team leaders are worst. No one wants to help the employee. All the high designations are doing show off with thier work culture. The work culture and the work balance is really very bad. All uses slangs to scold someone or the other. If the employee wants to take a leave the managers and the TL do not approve the leave, rather they remove all the access from the floor and sent a mail to your maild id of Full and Final settlement. The worst company ever I have ever seen. And also, they "DO NOT GIVE THE EXACT SALARY THAT IS MENTIONED IN THE OFFER LETTER."
I suggest do not join this company or else you guys will loose money, time and as well as your mental health....Read More

The management is so useless that you get a lot of free time at training. You just sit there and waste your productive time.

The company has no beneficial policy. Not at all employee centric. They say they pay better salary then other companies in the market, that's true the CTC is high but the net what you get in hand is nothing compared to that. They claim money for everything even for your pf they claim the employee and employer both contribution from your salary only so the company pays nothing to be precise. The work life balance is nowhere to be found cause they will make you work for 10 hours a day without paying any OT. Very cheap company, they lie. There was some Macromanagement which was happening at every point of time… but in my case it was worst…. This macro management was so extreme… Mr. Sanket Dugalwar was the No.1 guy to being arrogant towards me, always threatening that he will put me into NCC and he will show his power to me at my house in case of any little bit mistakes…. He is the No.1 guy who takes this issue very personally (Like he thinks himself as a Manager) and also he adds 30-40 curse words to me… And to spice it up, Miss. The Management, the HR is bad. The audit team in Kolkata comes intoxicated everyday or is busy in gossiping with girls and they forget to audit the responses. My responses were not audited , and it was the process fault for my negative response, but no auditing was done and I was immediately fired.

Total shit management system. If they have a commit that they have to meet they will ask you to stay back and extend your shift hours, despite paying you extra and despite the HRs telling you at the introduction meetings that" NO, dear, nobody is going to ask you to stay back and work an extra minute, we value our employee's work-life balance."
Work-life balance? LOL
In cases of emergencies or you taking a sick leave for a day or two, they re going to ask you to turn up to office and show your face, else they tell you that you are going to be marked absent.
I mean, SIR, I know I'll be marked abs, and you are going to deduct my salary. Go ahead man. Deduct. Nobody cares.
Then, if you do not turn up to show your face they frighten you by saying we'll go forward with CODE OF CONDUCT. And ironically, this COC breach does not happen when they request you to extend your shifts.
THIS COC comes under shift extension too my friend.
