One of the worst BPOs in India at the moment. I have been working at Teleperformance for the last 8 months and still have no job security. The management is poor; they don't care about your knowledge, only about increasing the NPS score (one of the parameters). If you have great product knowledge, they expect more work from you but promote someone else who doesn't have enough process knowledge. Some agents haven't done any work for the last 6-7 months, yet they're receiving much higher salaries than those who are doing a lot of work for the process....Read More

No appreciation at all during RnR even after performing your best & being best performer on the floor. Promotion on the basis of favouritism & not to deserving employees. Salary absolutely low compared to competitive companies. Management has zero level IQ in handling client calls & just give agents more pressure by agreeing to stupid client calls.

There's nothing good. They will Just let you go for reason all of a sudden on any given day. They claim to be top 25 companies in the world. Visit Gurgaon sites once. U ll feel a domestic process is better than Teleperformance. They will do everything electronically but management is going to kill this company once and for all
Dislikes
Their meals, cab facility, senior management are poisonous. People just reaching on operations are being told they are released after just 1 month on the floor. The reason was because agents were getting too much avail time and yes to any new comer there are no systems on the floor. Beware of the vicious snake ready to bite the behind.
