One of the worst BPOs in India at the moment. I have been working at Teleperformance for the last 8 months and still have no job security. The management is poor; they don't care about your knowledge, only about increasing the NPS score (one of the parameters). If you have great product knowledge, they expect more work from you but promote someone else who doesn't have enough process knowledge. Some agents haven't done any work for the last 6-7 months, yet they're receiving much higher salaries than those who are doing a lot of work for the process....Read More

Got good Team leaders here who were very helpful and friendly. Nothing beyond this is good about Teleperformance.
Dislikes
Terrible experience. Very toxic environment and no job security at all. They keep on changing your job role very frequently and expect to learn new process immediately then as soon as you learn the process they will shift you to please LOB. Pathetic experience. No job security at all.
