Everything because there is no security for your job n also no promotion I have completed more than 2 yrs in this company n they give m 600 rs as appraisal after working 2yrs I got this amt as my appraisal such worst company I have ever seen I working here because they give wfh but this company is worst n also they do frauds with there employees once there work will be ended they will terminate the agents for giving such silly reasons n also one lady is working her name is Shilpasnigdha Das she is such worst women I have ever seen in my life I don’t who give her a position of AM of company Teleperformance no manners no attiqutes she just humiliated the agents everytime n talking nonsense n also worst management this company h no security for job...Read More

If you are interested in working with Teleperformance I'll give you 5 reasons not to join their company.
1. Joining teleperformance is not a problem but the process in which you'll be hired can make a huge huge difference. The process in which I was it was hell
2. Their work culture is worst like literally worst....nobody cares about you they consider you are the robot and expect you to work 9 hours or more and if one day you completed 8 hours 58min then you'll get a scolding from your TL. Like literally if you are going through personal problems or unluckily any problem that arise in your life company doesn't care about your mental health they expect you to work on time and like a robot without any feelings.
3. They exploit a lot. Please make sure you enquire about salary packages with the people around in your process I realised after 6 months that I was getting 30% less salary than my colleague who joined the company at the same time and was performing even worse than me.
4. No appraisals at all no proper incentive nothing. If In a year you performed great 10months and in 11th and 12th month your performance is below expectations they cancel appraisal and say from the past 2 month you are performing very bad which doesn't make any sense....
5. Very very worst company please don't get your mental health fu** too much work pressure especially if the process is not that good....Read More

Overall working at Teleperformance was a nice experience for me. Job is secured in this organization. Management is proper.
Dislikes
The worst part about working at Teleperformance is about the salary.
There is no proper increment in the salary and if we ask appraisal from the management they will say appraisal depends upon the performance.
Even if you had a great performance in work still they will not give you that kind of appraisal which you will expect.
There is no politics in this organization.
Cab arrangement is awesome.
They will provide a security guard in your cab if you take the cab after 23:00 pm so they definitely care for their employees in terms of safety....Read More
